I am a 1989 graduate of
Horace Maynard High School. My parents are
Elbra Davis and Lee Upton. I have one
brother, Josh Davis.
I am the Publisher and
co-owner of The Union News Leader.
I am employed at Union
County's E-911 Center as a Dispatcher, and I
also serve as Fire Chief of Sharps Chapel
Volunteer Fire Department.
I have served on a
variety of boards and committees throughout
the years, including the Union County School
Board.
Many of you know me, and
know that I have always tried to do what is
best for the residents of Union County, be
it as a School Board Member, Fire Chief, or
in any other capacity.
