     Membership is open to any person interested in Union County and family history.
     Dues are for the calendar year and payable on January 1st of each year.
     Individual....................$20
     Life Membership.........$200 or (10 X Current Individual)
     Contributing................$100
     Corporate...................$500
     Youth.........................$10

Tax-Exempt Status:
The Union County Historical Society, Inc. is a non-profit organization chartered in the State of Tennessee, and has been ruled a qualified federal income tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  It is located within the Roy Acuff Union Museum and Library at 3824 Maynardville Highway, Maynardville, Tennessee 37807 and the mailing address is P.O. Box 95, Maynardville, Tennessee  37807.  The Society qualifies for the maximum charitable contribution deduction for bequests, legacies, devises, transfers or gifts of money or property to the Society.
